Our
Help Desk service provides our Customer with a single source of technical
support for supported products within the scope of coverage defined
in the Service Agreement.
The support includes technical assistance in resolving both hardware
and software issues with products in the Service Agreement Supported
Product List.
This service is primarily designed to support Customers with networked
operating environments and includes the associated hardware and software.
The
Call Centre provides our Customers with a single point of contact
for all communications with us. It enables us to immediately respond
to service requests and allows us to keep track of all problems from
the point the call is made to resolution.
